Q: Which Java Versions are supported?

A: Currently we support JDK 1.4 and JDK 1.5. We will support future JDK's as well.



Q: Which operating systems are supported by JPalo Products?

A: Any operating system that is supported by Java and Palo Server. Currently though it is only tested under Windows and Linux.



Q: How can I license or buy JPalo Products?

A: The Palo Java Products are be free and are licensed under GPL. The source code will be made available with upcoming versions.



Q: Which Eclipse Framework Versions are supported by Palo Java Products?

A: The Palo Eclipse Plug-In currently runs under Eclipse 3.2. Future Versions will be supported as well.



Q: Is there support for JPalo Products available?

A: Use the Palo Forum to post questions or state problems. Your entries will be checked by the Tensegrity team regularly. If you need Support with guaranteed Service-Levels, Code-Fixes and personal contact upon demand, contact us.

We offer unlimited Support per eMail for a defined amount of Palo-Servers and contact persons (Support-Contacts) in your company.

We also offer development services, if you need support in that area.



Q: With Palo Java Tools under the GPL license, will there also be a commercial license for JPalo Products that allows the redistribution with commercial software products?
