Support

The standard support is restricted to the answering of questions and tracking of problems within the Palo Forum. Tensegrity offers in addition extended support or maintenance.


Extended Support Contract

The extended support contract includes the unlimited support for a defined amount of Palo Servers and a defined amount of contacts (Support-Contacts) via eMail within your company for the JPalo products.


The support contract fee convers one year support and can be extended.


Individual Support Contract

If you need additional support or maintenance or ad-hoc code fixes, contact us for an individual offer.
