JPalo Product Overview

Here you will find information and demos for the object-oriented Java API for the open source OLAP database Palo, Palo for OpenOffice an extension for the OpenOffice spreadsheet Calc, Palo Analyzer and Palo Pivot, both web apps for reporting from Palo databases, as well as a rich client for the Palo Server 2.5.



Palo Analyzer

Palo Analyzer is a web application with wich you can load and vizualize the data with the underlying structures from the Palo Server in an intuitive way.

Users of the system can perform hoc analysis, create planning reports or analyze standard reports without the help of IT specialists.

Palo Pivot

Palo Pivot is the software with a smaller feature set than the Palo Analyzer.

Palo Java API

The Palo Java API provides developers the opportunity to professionally implement Java-based rich client- or Java-based Web applications in business intelligence.

The API offers a class model with you can access all Palo objects.

The Palo Analyzer and Palo for OpenOffice use the Palo Java API and thus prove that the API is complete, stable and fast.

Palo for OpenOffice

Palo for OpenOffice expands OpenOffice spreadsheet with the functions of the Palo Server, a multidimensional OLAP database.

With the quick installation and a simple dialog-oriented user interface users are quickly able to create optimal conditions for well-structured planning and analysis systems.

Palo for OpenOffice - without large IT effort - is a functional framework for conceptual work to create consistent data.

Palo Client für Palo 2.5

The Palo Client is used to model databases and visualization of data from the Palo OLAP Server up to version 2.5. The Palo Client also provides support to access data from XMLA databases.

With the Palo client, the Palo Server can be fully managed and configured. On behalf of the 'ad hoc Browsing' functionality the Palo Client is also used to easily create and publish reports.
