Format contains general format settings to use for displaying values and text

Method Summary

ColorDescriptor	getBackGroundColor() Returns the ColorDescriptor instance which describes the background color to use
FontDescriptor	getFont() Returns the FontDescriptor instance to use for displaying text and values
ColorDescriptor	getFontColor() Returns the ColorDescriptorinstance which describes the font color to use
java.lang.String	getNumberFormatPattern() Returns the format pattern to use for displaying a numeric value.
int	getPriority() Returns the priority of this Format.

Method Detail

getPriority

int getPriority()

Returns the priority of this Format. If two Formats are defined for the same object the priority can be used to decide which one to apply.

Returns:

the format priority

getNumberFormatPattern

java.lang.String getNumberFormatPattern()

Returns the format pattern to use for displaying a numeric value. Usually this pattern can be used to initialize an instance of DecimalFormat

Returns:

number format pattern for numeric values

getBackGroundColor

ColorDescriptor getBackGroundColor()

Returns the ColorDescriptor instance which describes the background color to use

Returns:

an ColorDescriptor instance

getFont

FontDescriptor getFont()

Returns the FontDescriptor instance to use for displaying text and values

Returns:

a FontDescriptor instance

getFontColor

ColorDescriptor getFontColor()

Returns the ColorDescriptorinstance which describes the font color to use

Returns:

an ColorDescriptor instance
